HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

If you are ready to do the work, we will collaborate to establish specific, measurable, realistic and time sensitive goals. Initial goals are usually achieved between 6 and 12 weeks.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SERVICES?

Individual Therapy is $125 for 50 min. 

Adolescent Therapy (10-17) is $150 for 50 min.

Couples Therapy is $175 for 50 min. 

Training: $50 per attendee for a 90 min training.

Consultation is $2199 for 10 hours.

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER THERAPY?

I am able to accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Anthem, MHN, Kaiser Permanente (Southern CA), Tricare West, Blue Shield Of CA.

HOW DO YOU COLLECT PAYMENT FOR SERVICES? WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I provide flexible payment options and accept all major credit cards. If recurrent sessions are scheduled (i.e. every Wednesday at 5pm x 6 sessions) then a card will be kept on file.  For this type of scheduling, all payments are processed using Ivy Pay. Ivy Pay is HIPAA-secure, and PCI-protected.  It keeps our therapy confidential and, makes payment easy for you and me. It allows you to use credit, debit, HSA and FSA cards to pay for your services. Ivy Pay will send a secured link to your mobile device to remit your first payment, and then keep your payment information filed in a secured location. You will receive an automatic confirmation of each transaction.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

As a new client, the payment for your session will be due at the time of scheduling. After your first session, payment will be collected 24 hours prior to the start of each session.

DO YOU ONLY PROVIDE TELEHEALTH?

Yes. I am only accepting telehealth clients at this time. As I am licensed in California, I am only able to accept clients who are physically located in California.  When providing services online, I will need to confirm your location at the start of each session. My offices are located in West Los Angeles and will be expanding soon to South Los Angeles.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I understand that sometimes issues come up. I require 24 hours notice for cancellation.  If I do not receive notice, or, if I receive late notice (less than 24 hours before our session time), you will be charged the full session fee.
